About Us

First Step Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre – FSTRC’ is a non-governmental, non-profitable community based organization established in 2065. As “substance users” has become one of the major problems among the youths of productive age in Nepal, it may pose, inter alias, legal, social, mental, spiritual problems here by creating social imbalance. The major focus of the organization is to provide continuum care to address the specific problem of the target group.

Our Objectives

• Provide treatment and rehabilitation program for the substance dependents
• Support to re-integrate substance dependents back in their family and society
• Increase awareness against drug abuse and its consequences in the society
  through community awareness campaign
• Advocacy towards ensuring rights of Drug Users and creating a enabling environment
